Well I think what Ollo did was to bring an illustrious name from Eve past and being a little vague as to what he is actually talking about managed to upset those people that remember what m0o was.
If only ollobrains had left his rabid nostalgia fuelled ramblings to things he has a clue about things would go more smoothly.
Perhaps he will follow your advice in the future and let time tell how successful you are rather than writing this sort of tosh in future.
As an alliance that has no desire to censor even the most absurd and ludicrous ramblings of your members i doubt it will happen.
ollobrains is most certainly a major detraction in your alliance, be interesting to see how long you allow such things to go on. I suspect he is but just the tip of the iceberg as his forum antics will only encourage the wrong element into your alliance.
Expect many ollobrains, if only coz they will be alts of more serious minded people just posting to destroy any credibility your alliance maintains.
Already the structure of your alliance is being used against you.
Privateers was a good idea, I look forward to Privateers Mk2 when the same basic structure is used for empire war but is actually run by people with a clue.

This is my main, my spy alts are in Privateers and various other alliances.
It fits right into the Privateers alliance as it is a self confessed alt alliance.
As for killing any of my characters, not even close, but some of them will keep funding your wardecs for whatever reason i want to do that.
